Exchange Policy – Kamalia Khaddar At Sui Dhaga, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase.

Exchange Window:
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible Cases

  • Defective or damaged items (photo proof required)

  • Change of mind (unused, with tags & original packaging)

Shipping Responsibility

  • Customer bears return courier cost

  • We cover delivery of the exchanged item

Value Adjustment

  • Higher value item → pay the difference

  • Lower value item → store credit issued

Non-Eligible Cases

  • Requests after 7 days

  • Used, washed, or altered items

  • Missing tags/packaging

  • Sale items (exchange only, no refunds)

Exchange Process

  • Contact us via WhatsApp with order details

  • Send item in original condition with tracking

  • Exchange processed within 7–10 business days.
